Maven Lofts, Maven District

The Maven District is a curated block of locally owned businesses that believe in diverse communities, self-growth and dreaming big. In the heart of this expanding district, Maven Lofts is comprised of 57 one-bedroom affordable apartments, seven micro-retail spaces, and a restaurant space with rooftop garden.

Maven Lofts is a creative adaptive reuse project, with three stories built upon the existing roof of the former Huddart Floral building. While local businesses located on the first floor of the building line the streets to support a walkable pedestrian experience, the apartments on the second through forth floor are set back on the podium to allow for the creation of a rooftop garden and courtyard. Each apartment or boutique hotel room offers a unique stay to residents and guests with colorful interiors, and either a balcony or access to the rooftop gardens and courtyard.
