Blackstone Products Headquarters

The Blackstone Headquarters is a  86,000 S.F. commercial office building on a pastoral site in Providence, Utah – adjacent to Big Ballard Springs and the Blacksmith Fork River. The construction is primarily made up of Steel, Concrete, Glass, Insulated board formed tilt-up, and outer superstructure clad with Prodema rain screen.

The facility will include a Research and Development Area for designing, engineering, and prototyping products, Metal shop, Show room, Commercial kitchen and dining to support 250 employees, Light-filled common area with interior trees and lecture steps, Gymnasium, Administrative spaces including open offices, enclosed offices, and conference rooms, Entry plazas, Extensive backyard landscaping and pathways, Surface parking, and covered Gazebo.

This Facility is to be LEED Certified.
