As the Technical Director of Jacoby Architects, Eric's primary role in the company is to make sure that projects are delivered with the highest possible quality. For each project Eric oversees the entire design team including the consultants and production team. He is also responsible for detailed design and coordination efforts necessary to ensure the building systems of a project come together seamlessly.
Eric received his Masters of Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley and his Bachelors of Science in Architecture from the University of Utah.
Eric joined Jacoby Architects in 2005 and until then was involved with the firm for over ten years. Eric has practiced professionally in Amsterdam, London, and San Francisco.
He has taught design, drawing, and structures courses at University of California, Berkeley.
Eric’s thesis focused on new architectural systems for bringing qualitative space into California’s classrooms.
