Brigham City Classroom and Student Services Building

Utah State University | Brigham City Regional Campus
USU Brigham City Classroom and Student Services Building

Jacoby Architects designed this new classroom and student services building as the first phase of a 100-year campus build-out of the Utah State University Brigham City Regional Campus.  This project includes a multi-winged, two-story building that includes a multi-purpose space, a 150-person lecture hall, various distance learning classrooms, offices, and study spaces.

Taking reference from the historic Lake Bonneville shorelines, adjacent mountain profile, and the agricultural heritage of the community, the language and layering of the building is designed to create a new icon and landmark for the Brigham City community as well as a new academic satellite to Utah State University.

With the goal of creating an entire campus within a single building, each of the four building wings is arranged around the towering central exoskeleton structure to create four distinct exterior plazas and four distinct building entrances.
